Delivery and Postage Information

Postage on orders of products that fall into the lowest band of postage and total over £100 will be free of charge in the UK.

Before sending you your order, we will always ensure that the item is packaged and protected correctly. Due to the quality and nature of our products, we only use a reputable courier company to ensure our goods arrive in perfect condition. 

Prices for delivery are shown per item at the checkout, so you know exactly what the postage is before you submit your order. If you are ordering several items, you will be charged once for the postage price of the largest item. We do not hide any postage costs within the price of the product.

Prices for delivery start at £5.95 and vary according to the size of the package and fragility of the goods ordered. 

The price categories are - £ 5.95, £7.50 and £12.50. For unusual shaped and larger items the postage is calculated separately.

We try and recycle our packaging whenever possible and re-use what we can, which we hope makes a small contribution to helping the environment.

For the delivery of larger items and antiques, we are happy to arrange delivery with a local specialised courier and provide a quote for this service. You can also pick up the item yourself or use a company of your choice. 

Once the goods have left the premises, we cannot be held responsible for the goods and recommend that the transporter has the relevant insurance for damage or loss.

We aim for all our deliveries to arrive within 2-5 working days from when your order was placed.
