Framed oil on carton signed by the French artist Eugenie Boyer (1887 Lyon - 1973). The painting is mounted in an attractive wooden French frame of the period and dates from around 1930.

Eugenie Boyer was a student of the school of Beaux Arts, exhibited at the 'Salon des Artistes Francais' and is listed in Benezit Dictionary of Artists.
