Louis Van den Eynde was also a designer and engraver. He was also a member of the Acadamie des Beaux Arts, Brussels and preferred to paint landscapes, marines and fishing scenes. For forty years he participated in exhibitions of the "Societie des Artistes Francais and exhibtions of the "Cercle Artistique de Brussels and has paintings in the Museums de La Panne and Ostende.

He has also had honoury exhibitions since his death in 1966.
