Oil on board showing a view of the Place Royal Brussels. Signed by artist Raoul Labarre, Brussels 1902 - 1987, who was well known for his village scenes, lanscapes and still life paintings.
He has works in the Museum de Gand, Tornai and Ixelles. Exhibited at the Palais des Beaux Arts an a member of the Acadamies de St Gilles and Molenbeck St Jean.
