Lovely decorative oil on panel signed by the artist Geo Vermeire (1877 - 1947).
The artist was known for his landscapes, marines and figure paintings and spent some time in France and Spain. Some of his works were sold at the Galerie Giroux in 1949.
This painting has been generously painted with a lovely effect on the water.
The painting and wooden frame are both in excellent condition.
