Oil on Panel signed by the artist Victor de Groux (1895 - 1973. The artist was a student of Cotend Montald at the Brussels Academy. He paints in a classic simple style with a good use of tones and has worked in France, Spain and Germany. There are works by de Groux in the Museum of St Josse-Ten-Nooden (Museum Charleir).
