Framed oil on board by the Belgium artist Georges Jamotte (1818 - 1942). The painting shows a vase of roses and is mounted in a simple gilt wooden frame. There is an old article about the artist on the rear, an inscription and another cutting relating to he death.
The artist has two paintings in the collection of the of the Royal Museum of Beaux Arts in Belgium.
