Charming signed oil on canvas by artist Jan Cornelis Hofman (1889-1966 - Netherlands). The artist was well known for his landscapes, marines, still lifes etc. He was active in Brussels from 1913 and a member of the group 'L'Effort'.

The painting is mounted in an interesting and decorative wooden frame. It is luminous and generously painted in an impressionist style and is in good condition.
