Superb Winter Landscape signed by the artist and Jean Stevan (Brussels 1896-1962)
Stevan was an artist and engraver. He painted mainly lanscapes, still lifes and portraits and was inspired my the Bords de Meuse, Montherme, France, the lakes of Watermael and the chemins Creux a Uccle.

This large oil on board is framed in a simple wooden frame. It is a lovely atmoshpheric and luminous painting. The painting and frame are in excellent condition.
