We are thrilled to become stockists of Charlotte Gaisford fabrics. Hexham based fabric and wallpaper designer, Charlotte Gaisford creates bright, fresh and classic designs with a modern twist. They work in both traditional and modern interiors and that's why we love her range. Her fabrics are great for curtains, upholstery, cushions, lampshades, blinds, tablecloths etc.
We will be posting more images on the website and building up the interiors side of the business to compliment the art and antiques. Caroline will visit your home for personal consultations - large or small.

The word 'Commode' has been used in changing context over time. During the first part of the 18th century, this term was used for a chest of drawers, later on, it came to mean a type of cabinet that was used to hold chamber pots. It further evolved to refer to a wooden chair that came with a chamber pot attached to it.
